A child gets injured in the schoolyard on a faulty piece of equipment. The teacher realizes she should have been supervising more closely and therefore lies to the parent and on the WHS report about how the injury occurred, in order to avoid closer scrutiny. You become aware of this, and your teacher asks you to keep silent because her job may be on the line.
