Determine the information needs of the Adept Owl Distribution team by conducting a review of information usage and capacity of the Distribution team.
A. Identify at least three types of information/documents required by the team to process customer orders that will assist you in investigating the customer's incorrect order (e.g. policies, spreadsheets, emails etc.).
B. For each type of information/document, outline its:
a. Suitability (e.g. How does it assist the team to perform its job?)
b. Accessibility (e.g. How can you access it? Where does it come from?)
c. Currency (e.g. How current is the information? Is there a delay?)
d. Reliability (e.g. How accurate does the information need to be? How is it maintained?)
