Identify 3 Early Childhood/Professional issues and through a Quality Improvement Plan. The following issues should be considered:
Staffing Issues - the issue includes educator not changing toddler's nappies on time and educator do not have any routine for toddler's classroom. (Describe this issue using QIP)
Supporting the inclusion of a child and family - the issue includes educator not teaching about aboriginal and Torres strait islander culture practice and history in preschool room. (Describe this issue using QIP)
Program change in your teaching room - the issue includes educators depending on room leader for making planning and programming for children and they also not supporting room leader for doing daybook. So, everything has to be done by the room leader and educator only looking after children not helping with paperwork. (Describe this issue using QIP)
