1. Form a group of a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 people.
2. Choose any 2 companies that belong to the same industry in Saudi Arabia.
3. Identify the Vision and Mission from the company website.
4. Analyze whether or not the company vision and mission comprises of effective characteristics of a vision and mission statement. Please make sure to state the references for each of the characteristics of a vision and mission statement.
5. Conduct a preliminary analysis of the internal Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities for each company that you choose.
