Second, choose one of the types of white-collar crime covered in Module IV - Part 1 (health care fraud or mortgage fraud) and then explain how white-collar criminals rely on or use those properties and techniques in order to commit that particular type of crime.
For example, how is health care fraud committed? (Note some crimes do not necessarily involve all of the properties or techniques. Just use the ones that are relevant for your particular crime of choice.)
