Problem
Create a report that focuses on the current status of your IS. In the report complete the following tasks:
I. Create a scope for the application that you'll design. The scope should consist of the following components:
i. Problem or opportunity statement
ii. Project objective
iii. Project description
iv. Business benefits
v. Estimated project duration for the whole development cycle of the project, not just the design
II. Identify the stakeholders for your project and identify at least five key stakeholders' needs. For each need, discuss the business problems to be solved.
III. From your needs, determine at least seven target-system features.
IV. Produce a requirements management plan for your project. This plan will include:
i. Requirements criteria or categories
ii. Feature request process
iii. Methodology for collecting input into the requirements process
iv. Traceability
v. Meta-data to track
vi. Deliverables to produce
vii. Processes, policies, and procedures.
