Every student conducts research on his/her EMPLOYER for this homework (For full-time students, please ask the instructor for the selection of companies). The goal of this exercise is to solvea problem that the company faces and provide the firm a recommendation of strategic actions so thatthe firm can improve its performance. My company of choice is Kodak. You are expected to employ the tools we discuss in this courseto analyze and support your analyses and recommendation (e.g., VRIS framework, core competencies,business level/corporate level strategies, etc.). Your report should include, but not limited to, the following analyses:
1. The Identify the company and industry/industries that the company competes in.
2. Identify the corporate and business level strategies of the Company.
3. Identify the core competencies of the company, if any, and Finalize the VRIS Framework to analyze the core competency of the company and its weaknesses/problems.
4. Identify the problem that you want to help the firm resolve
5. Summarize your Recommendation to the Company.
6. The Explain the rationale comment of your recommendation by outlining the strategic analytical tools and analyses that you have conducted.
7. How your recommendation helps the company gain and competitiveness advantage.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
