i. Explain the concept of integrating quality as a key ingredient to strategic planning. Compare similarities of embracing quality between quality leaders, Crosby, Deming, and Juran. How do their perceptions involve leadership?
ii. Identify the nine steps of Juran's planning roadmap. Provide substantial feedback on how these steps are still relevant today in regards to organizational strategy.
iii. Detail the importance of critical-to-quality characteristics as it relates to the voice of the customer.
iv. Describe specific characteristics that lead planning to fail in an organization at the strategic and tactical level. What precautions should be taken at the strategic and tactical level of organization to mitigate strategic challenges?
