Problem: Proposal Memo to the Decision-Maker
Task: You will complete the following:
1) Identify the decision-maker or group of decision-makers to whom you will write this memo.
2) Consider the secondary research you conducted on your topic for writing assignment.
3) Consider what primary research you will need to conduct for your research-based report.
4) Write a proposal memo to your decision-maker asking for permission to conduct this research.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
