Scenario-
You are the Marketing Manager of the marketing department (with 10 team members under your supervision) at a local university which attracted substantial number of Puff-fee international students in the past 5 years. These international students have contributed substantially to the university's financial position. However, such number has been dropping in the last 2 years.
You have just received an instruction from the Marketing Director that this number must be improved within the next 12 months by 30%.
In addition, the director has further instructed that you must promote and implement continuous improvement strategy and embraced continuous improvement as a culture throughout the department.

g) Recommend how you should keep your team members informed of the outcomes of the continuous improvement strategy.
h) Suggest how you should record and documenting work team performance.
i) Suggest various techniques you can used to identify opportunities for future improvement.
