Assignment task: Selina recently purchased a winery. She tells you that she intends to employ up to three people to work as cellar hands. This work involves tasks such as running the fruit processing lines, moving and filling barrels and cleaning bins and tanks as well as assisting the wine maker. She has drafted the following advertisement which she plans to post on social media:

Selina tells you that, as she plans to treat her employees like family, she does not think it is necessary to provide them with written employment agreements. She also intends to establish a tradition that she will not pay her employees for working on 22 December but instead will host a big Christmas barbecue for them and their families.
