Identify primarily locally owned companies/organizations/firms in the Philippines (can be purely local or a multinational company but primarily Philippine owned, not largely foreign-owned) that compete based on overall cost leadership and differentiation. If the entire company has various products, target products brand/s to explain the application of generic strategies. Refer to pages 141 to 150 of the Strama Reference Book by Dess et al. to understand the concepts of cost leadership and differentiation.

Explain why you identified the company/product brand as using the particular strategy. Further, answer the following and incorporate in your discussion - Are their advantages sustainable? Why or why not? What do you think are some of the challenges it (the firm) faces in effectively implementing these strategies?
