1. Resource requirements according to business and operational plans for developing healthy relations within the organization.
2. Strategies and policies promote absence of discrimination and harassment.
3. Development of risk management strategies.
4. Identify potential areas of conflict and ensure strategies and policies are according to objectives of relevant groups and individuals.
