Assignment: Performance Review
We will conduct a review of your work so far on the comprehensive questions. You will need to submit an outline for each question that provides a thesis statement, at least three primary discussions points that will be used in the writing, at least three possible resources that will be used (one for each point), and identify any bias that may affect your perspective. This will be submitted as an attachment. You can use the following outline template.

Questions:
1. Define strategic management within a framework of total quality service.
2. Define Value Consciousness and explain how it relates to providing a service and competitive advantage. Compare and contrast two examples from either food service or lodging retreats.
3. Change is often times difficult for some. As managers it is essential that you are aware of the pitfalls associated with change and strategies for overcoming challenge. What challenges do companies face when attempting to implement change? Share the best practices for implementing effective change in the high stakes business of hospitality.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
