Identify people at risk:
It is often easy to forget that there may be people in a building who cannot move as quickly as the rest of us. They may be in a wheel chair, they may simply have difficulty walking quickly, they may be young children or pregnant mothers, they may be blind or deaf, they may be asleep or they may be sedated awaiting some treatment. It is always import to consider the people who are least able to get out of a building quickly.
