Write a 5 page paper. You are an HR specialist for a medium-size healthcare organization. You are currently experiencing a shortage in nuclear medicine technicians, housekeepers, and general practitioners. The HR director has tasked you with making a recommendation for recruiting for these positions. Part of your recommendation should include a discussion on the external and internal methods that are available. From that discussion, identify 2 internal methods and 2 external methods of recruitment for recommendation. Discuss why the methods chosen are the most appropriate. In your recommendation, discuss how you will use each one to recruit for the vacancies. The recommendation needs to be well supported and logical.
