Scenario: Tour Manager
A few shows midtour have been overbooked and new shows and timeslots are required. These need to be accommodated without impacting the other shows scheduled after these additional shows.
I. After reviewing the updates to your chosen scenario/job role, compare this to your personal work schedule and identify how you are progressing/performing. How do you think you performed with your work tasks? Reflect on your performance and write down three points of feedback for yourself in the space below.
II. Who are the key people you need to communicate your personal schedule to? List all roles/people that apply.
III. You need to communicate the changes to your work schedule to the relevant stakeholders based on your scenario. What would be your rationale for the changes/adjustments you have made? Provide your answer as an email as a demonstration of how you will communicate these changes to your stakeholder/s.
IV. How will you adjust your personal work schedule based on your chosen role? Revise your Personal Work Schedule - Version 1 and submit a new version as part of this assessment task - indicate this as Personal Work Schedule - Version 2. (Follow template attached to submit changes etc)
