On behalf of the Jacksonville Jaguars. 2025 will mark the 30-year anniversary of the team's inaugural season in 1995 and beginning to plan on how the team will try and leverage this anniversary as an opportunity to reach PR and other organizational goals.
GOALS/OBJECTIVES
1) Garner favorable publicity
2) Generate revenue including sponsorship, ticket sales & merchandise sales
3) Increase brand awareness for the franchise
Remember all of the different ways of communication (social, web, media, press releases, events, newsletters, media guides, interviews, etc.) and rationalize how that specifically helps to drive the strategy and goal.
Identify how this tactic will specifically help to drive strategy and achieve the goal.
While it's ok to incorporate a paid tactic, also include controlled media
Include the evaluation of each tactic, including KPI's when and where applicable try creative ways that drive strategy, particularly in ways that don't include big budgets
