1) Define "leadership" as you understand it. Use and cite sources to back up your definition.
2) Identify elements of leadership that may be complex and/or nebulous.
3) Describe questions you are wrestling with, what you would like to research further, and what application will you make of what you are learning about leadership.
4) Explain how your initial readings and musings have challenged your thinking.
