This research term project aims to learn about the global corporation with ISO certification and their strategic planning and quality management systems that have occurred in the past 20 years or between 2000 - 2020. Students will work as a team to research, discuss, analyze, and report information to the classmates and course instructor. The selected global corporation must have ISO certifications within the past 20 years. Your research and writing must include the following topics:
o Identify the different types of customer for each organization. Identify customer and employee needs.
o From your study and point of view, explain the current problems of this organization and how they can solve these problems and improve their situation. Make recommendations to the company on how to be better for its stakeholders.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
