- Identify transmedia storytelling for a specific story
Choose a story that you feel is told by different cultures. Please be sure to choose a different story than one that has been already chosen. This story should be something that is told throughout more than one country.
An initial post that takes the discussion objectives into consideration and answers the following questions in a post of approximately two to four paragraphs.
- Identify other cultural adaptations of the story.
- What story elements were altered to incorporate cultural traditions, beliefs or customs? And why?
- What are some of the different media channels this story has been told upon (i.e. movies, tv shows, books, video games, etc.)?
- On these different platforms, what elements of the story were altered to fit the media platform that the story is being told upon?
