As the lead of the EHR implementation team for your assigned departments, your first task is to identify the appropriate people who should be involved in the implementation process and submit this information to the executive team. For this assignment, you will do the following:
a) Identify the appropriate department heads that you would select to be a part of the EHR implementation team, and explain what you expect these individuals to do related to the implementation process.
b) Discuss what department they are from and what their role is on the implementation team
c) Example of department heads: lab, radiology and director of nursing.
