1) Identify and list your five core values.
2) Now, expand on those five core values and write out your five intention statements.
3) Post those intention statements on the discussion board and share your thoughts about those with your classmates. For example, do you practice these intentions now, or will you need to work on implementing those? Which is a priority or most important? Did this exercise provide you with any "AHA" moments through the self-introspection? What did you learn?
