Choose and view a couples session video where the counselor is utilizing emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
Then you will record yourself explaining the required elements in the bullet points below. The final submission will include a document with the URL and transcript of your video response.
First, locate a couple's session video to identify and explain the major concepts of the EFT model. There are optional videos located in the Topic 6 Resources if you would like to use them. If the video does not address all of the bullet points listed below, please utilize critical thinking and external resources such as journal articles, the textbook, and other videos to encompass all of the required criteria for the problem.
