Individual Paper on Strategy: Write a five to six page paper excluding title and reference pages where you analyze your organization's corporate strategies based on their corporate strategic goals (from the strategic plan). If you don't have access to the information, you may analyze another organization (get professor approval). You are to:
1) Identify and discuss the organization's strategic goals ( as growth rate, revenues/profits, market share, expansion, etc.; be as definitive as possible, include quantitative measures)
2) Identify which corporate strategies the organization uses; explain those strategies. points
3) How effective are these strategies based on goal achievement? What is your rationale?
4) Make recommendations regarding strategies (alter execution, new strategies, stop strategies, etc.)
