Always provide specific examples to support your main points, including, but not limited to, where appropriate: specific theories, materials, lectures, discussions, etc. In all questions, make sure that you (i) discuss (ii) analyze and (iii) reach conclusions on all legal issues; DO NOT assume that there is just one answer or a win-lose situation; instead, MAKE SURE that you talk about every possibility that you can think of as long as it answers the question. If it answers the question, you could get credit for it if it is in your exam essay; if it is not in your exam essay and stays in your head, you will definitely not get credit for it.
Erin Mask is CEO of Mars Real Estate Sales ["MRES"]. MRES is going bankrupt next week, so Erin decides tells her partner to sell all of their shares. She decides to establish a new corporation and sell its shares, making sure to lie about its assets, the criminals on the board of directors, and lawsuits against MRES. The next year, she again lies about the value of stock to be traded. She tricks new investors into buying shares. She knows that the townspeople don't like lies, but she decides that it is OK, because she and her family will make lots of money. She gets a big government contract and decides to hire only one race and one gender of employees who must speak perfect English.
