2. Identify and develop 3 key competenciesneeded on the job. Provide definitions andlevel descriptions.
3. Identify the necessary selection tools to identifythe 3 key competencies (e.g., CV scanning, tests, games, tasks, interviews etc.)
4. Develop 3 questions for conducting selection interview to identify the 3 key competencies.
