Assignment Description and Instructions:
Identify an issue in management practices that might be interpreted as exploitive to labour.
Research the history of management approaches related to this issue, and suggest ethical standards that might be relevant in the improvement of practices.
Using UWIlinC and / or the Internet, conduct a search to identify journal articles that relate to the above and discuss these articles in the context of the issue related to a chosen organisation.
The word limit for the essay assignment is approximately 3000 words.
It should show evidence of research into and review of relevant literature related to the issue identified. It should employ a high degree of in depth analysis.
