1. Supply List
Make a list of the necessary equipment and supplies that should be present for a complete physical examination of a patient who needs to have her blood and urine specimens taken. Be sure to identify the sterilization technique for each piece of equipment and summarize the sequence of procedures for the examination.
2. Sepsis
List each type of sepsis, identify causes of each, list prevention techniques, and compare and contrast each type.
3. Physical Examinations
Identify an illness or disorder that is found by physical examination. What are the steps in the exam? Compare the normal finding to the abnormal finding. Is this a commonly used physical exam evaluation or one only done if the illness is suspected? Write at least three paragraphs detailing the physical examination steps and the illness or disorder it identifies.
