The Report must.
be structured, formatted, professional and conform to recognised Report format
include a relevant Executive Summary that captures the essence of your findings
clearly establish the context, identify all the relevant stakeholders, and define system boundaries precisely
clearly define the context
include a global audit of similar risk exposures eg review water features around the world with similar risk levels
discuss the societal benefits of this risk exposure
correctly use the FMEA technique to identify, quantify and mitigate sources of risk
use four (inclusive of FMEA) relevant risk assessment methods (see SAISNZ HB 89)
clearly present the risk tolerability criteria using examples and provide a detailed & relevant discussion
contain a quantified Tolerability of Risk (ToR) discussion and a ToR table
quantify the risk exposure using relevant measures eg patron visits, no. incidents, type and nature of incidents, change in patron usage...
contain relevant and supportive risk discussion on risk management theory and practice
include relevant literature review and discussion
include Postgraduate level 'value-added' discussion (discussion goes beyond text and lecture material)
show evidence that rigorous research was conducted
be within the range of 3000-5000 words (exclusive of any Appendices) be submitted on or before the due date
words- 3500-4000 The report must be following the marking sheet. Perfect harvard references style ( citation too) must be made I also provide two standards that must be used
