Assignment task: STRESS MANAGEMENT PLAN
In this assignment you will identify and describe an ongoing stressor in your life, create a goal for yourself to minimize the impact this stressor has on your life, and then outline an action plan that you could implement to achieve that goal. The plan should be well written, detailed, and neatly organized, and should demonstrate a thorough understanding of course concepts & techniques.
1. Priority Stressor: Identify a priority stressor in detail.
2. Rationale: Give the rationale for why this is a stressor for you, where it might not be a stressor for others using course content, such as Stress Basics (week 1) and Personality Types (week 6)
3. Goal: Write out a concise goal (no more than 2 sentences total) that clearly relates to your stressor using S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic, Time Frame Given) criteria. E.g. "six weeks from today, I will practice relaxation techniques daily".
