Cindy is a social work worker that conducts home visits to Sudanese refugees who recently entered the United States. Her clients often need basic information such as how to get a driver's license, apply for college, find jobs, use kitchen appliances and sort through mail. Although Cindy is not a case manager who gives clients formal referrals, she does see instances when she can offer ideas on where and how clients may receive some of the resources they need.

1. Explain if Cindy should help her clients identify resources they might need.
2. Identify a possible issue Cindy may experience by helping her clients with additional resources.
