Homework: Assess a Leader's Role in Process and How Individuals and Organizations Learn and Improve
In this homework, you will assess how individuals, teams, and the organization as an entity learn, make decisions and improve.
Choose the organization where you work or another organization that is familiar to you. Identify a particular issue that the organization is facing. Then, prepare an evaluation in which you assess two or three significant opportunities that are most needed or likely to have a positive impact on the organization you have chosen to research. Discuss how you would implement these opportunities, and then identify the changes that may be required to overcome any obstacles you can anticipate.
Support your evaluation with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
