Identify a job. Next, design a selection procedure for the position taking into consideration the mini-lecture and the material from Module 6 (Chapter 7 of your text).
Do not use a position that was used as an example in the mini-lecture. Indicate the order of each step and how each step helps you to identify who is best/most qualified for the job.
Respond to another student's post by indicating another selection device, tool or test that could be added to the procedure, indicating where in the procedure it should be placed.
Explain how this would improve the procedure.
Avoid stating precisely what another student has posted.
