Problem:
Identify a friend or family member who has encountered a hazard where he or she works or lives. The hazard should have the following characteristics:
- The hazard should involve a specific object or condition-preferably related to a building, an appliance, a motor vehicle, a sidewalk, or a street area. Avoid general or vague hazards such as the hazards of living in a city or the hazards of smoking.
- You have no personal experience with the selected hazard.
- The family or friend you interview should have direct personal experience with the hazard.
