Problem 2: Identify a critical business problem for your organization that might be solved by Management Criteria, the business problem can be anything that impacts a business negatively in various ways. The impact could be lowering profits, productivity, or customer satisfaction, or all of the above. Keep in mind that this problem can also be an opportunity for improvement.
Problem 3: Research and document the business problem perform a thorough investigation of the problem you have identified and its impact on business (or society). How big is the problem? Who does the problem affect, how, and to what extent? How is this problem currently being addressed? Why are the current solutions inadequate? What evidence can you provide?
