Provide a brief summary of the case and explain the specific reasons the court rejected the damages estimate. You may select a case from any area of litigation other than intellectual property. Base your response on your reading this week and additional research. The online databases available through NEC's Danforth Library are an excellent source for additional research.

As a guideline, your write-up should be approximately 600-to-800 words. With that said, quality is more important than quantity. Refer to the Grading Rubric in your syllabus.
