I'm interested in your thoughts on "hypercompetition". Discuss the concept of "red ocean" versus "blue ocean" and why adopting the latter might be a better strategy. Identify a business that is an example of eitherone which pursued a "red ocean" approach, or one that pursued a "blue ocean" strategy. Has their strategy been successful for them? Finally, discuss how the IS strategy might differ for each of these approaches.
