II. Completed case notes and/or other agency-required documentation to monitor client work?
III. Collected feedback on effectiveness of service provided to clients through an agency-approved method (e.g. client questionnaire, supervision, team debriefing)?
IV. Identified areas for improvement and strategies to promote better service delivery, and implemented these strategies in ongoing client work with agency approval.
