Assignment: ORGANIZATION ANALYSIS PAPER
Select a company/organization to analyze and evaluate in reference to organizational behavior in a 4-6 page paper. I will be looking for your ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate organizational theory in your particular company/organization. Please use direct references to course concepts and offer specific examples from the organization to illustrate these concepts at work. You will also need to include a brief introduction of your company/organization, but please keep the primary focus of the paper on the analysis portion.
Approach this assignment as if you are an outside consultant reviewing the structure, goals, agendas, boundaries, control, culture, politics, decision-making practices, etc. of the organization. (You will select the concepts you want to focus on based on what you find in your organization.) Part of your role as a consultant will be to analyze the organization as well as evaluate it in terms of its effectiveness in each of these areas. Based on this evaluation, you may decide to make suggestions for improvement.
This is a formal paper using APA format. You must cite your sources within the body of the paper as well as on a Works Cited page.
