I want to develop a Discussion Board/Classifieds
I'm seeking to create a discussion board/classifieds for the community I live in
I do like to know what platform you'd use and why
Website must have advertising space as well as full backend banner management with statistics
Should be very social and mobile. Needed features would be special ability to highlight posts, top posts, etc
Desired Skills are Advertising, Vbulletin, WordPress, Mobile Programming and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
