I need a proposal project for Surface Metrology ASAP. I need two documents:
1. Project outlines Proposal outlines (the instruction & template is in the attached Proposal for the project) should be 1 page
2. Final project proposal (the instruction & template is in the attached Final Project) should be 4 pages.
Note: Please make the impact of the principles more clear in the proposals (appropriate geometric parameters, appropriate scale, sufficient measurement and appropriate statistical analyses Also in the proposals, please void gratuitous details. The justification for the choices is more important than the detailed choice. If there is no basis for making a precise choice, e.g., in measurement, please do not, instead please propose a range of and multiple tests to determine the best selection, and provide the basis for the selection.
