I need a help to make a investor website
A. OVERVIEW
I offer stocks and bonds. Investors come to our web site, read a brief description and can then request Subscription Documents (for example the "contracts" to purchase the securities). If an Investor visiting my web site wishes to acquire our securities, they fill out a basic form (name, address, and so on) and we then insert the data into the Subscription Documents. The Investor be able to then electronically "sign" the Subscription Documents by typing their name as well as initials into a single field, which then populates each field in the document.
Otherwise we use third party such as "Right Signature" for document signing, provided that it can be complete without the Investor having to wait for an email or something else. In other words we want them to be able to complete the transaction in one visit to our site.
B. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Using the design elements in the attached Exhibits (red and blue colour scheme) complete the web site according to
