Hypothesis testing-population proportion and confidence

A recent survey shows that 680 out of 1050 respondents agree with principle of University top-up fees. Employ this data to derive 95% and  99% confidence intervals for proportion of general population in favour of such fees. Compute a p-value for the null hypothesis H0: p = 2/3 against the alternative H1 : p ≠ 2/3. Is it reasonable to argue that two-thirds of general population are in favour of such fees?
