Hypothesis test for populations proportions

The manager of 2 resort properties was interested in any significant difference in willingness of guests to return to the 2 properties. A sample of 227 guests at "The Beachcomber" resulted in the 163 who said that they would select that property again. A sample of 262 guests at "The Windsurfer" resulted in the 154 who said they would select that property again. Using the 5% level of significance, is there any difference in proportion of guests who would select the two resorts? What is your conclusion?
