Hypothesis test-difference of two proportions


In order to evaluate attitude differences between Mid-country citizens and coastal citizens, census bureau conducted split sampling procedure. The survey instrument was distributed to 440 Mid country residents and to 660 coastal residents. Summary results showed that 280 of mid country residents were dissatisfied with their lives, while 332 of the coastal residents indicated dissatisfaction. Using a 5% level of significance, can  we say that, in general there is a significant difference between satisfaction levels of mid country residents and coastal residents?
