Question 1: Briefly describe the organization and a key aspect of its strategy.
Question 2: Describe an HR program that would support and further its strategy and effectiveness - this should be a compensation, recruiting, selection, coaching/training/development, or diversity program.
Question 3: Develop at least one strategic metric that could be used to assess the effectiveness of that program (look to the Holmes, 2005, and Becker and Huselid, 2003 articles for examples and ideas for ways to design metrics).
Question 4: Discuss how this relates to the organization's strategy, and how it might differ from a benchmarking metric for the same program.
