Problem: Explain how your country (Peru) feels about this Greet Hofstede dimension:
Power Distance
How could we see business people in this culture, representing this dimension?
FOR EXAMPLE: Japan has a high Power Distance. Members of Japanese culture expect and accept that there are differences in power. They respect this distance in power. One way they show this in a business setting is by bowing in greeting. The head of the person with less power should always bow lower than the person with more power.
