Problem: What are some metrics you would look at to determine if you should change the bandwidth? Would it matter if it was an easier change (a software change like acting from more bandwidth on an MPLS link) or if it required an upgrade on hardware or the addition of more circuits? -- ie how does the ability to scale your bandwidth easily impact how you would plan your network design?
