In this section, you will focus on applying some of the skills and knowledge you learned from your Hubspot Inbound Marketing materials to the company you researched for your Digital Marketing Plan (DMP). Refer to the videos you watched for additional information or for specific information regarding delight take a look at the Hubspot Delight slides attached to the assignment on Canvas. Delight The inbound marketing methodology focuses on turning strangers into customers and eventually promoters by advancing them through the phases of attract, engage, and delight. In ths asignment, you need to think strategically about how to help your customers be successful and expand value for them while simultaneously expanding value for your firm.

With your customer personas in mind name 3 changes that your DMP business could integrate into the customer experience that would provide more delight to the customer? This could be changes in the sales process, product feature set, events, content, etc...Describe why this would expand value for the customer

• Determine how you will collect and listen to customer feedback. What tools will you use (see slide 49 for examples) and why?

• How will you identify your advocates? What type of referral incentives do you think would be most effective? Describe them (at least two) and why you think they would be successful.

• How will you respond to negative feedback? Look for a negative review on Google or another site that collects reviews (e.g. Yelp, Amazon, Tripadvisor, Facebook) and copy and paste it into the document and provide your response below. If you can't find a negative review then simply respond to a complaint that you think a customer might have.
